Elinor trained at the British Academy of Floral Art in Devon. Having worked alongside florist Fiona Curry for many years she branched out on her own with Willow and Sage in 2019, creating floral arrangements for the home and events from her cottage in rural Hampshire.

In 2022 Elinor opened her own florist in Four Marks between Alton and Alresford, selling bouquets, gifts and art, while also giving her more space to cater for her workshops and event flowers catering for weddings, funerals and all manner of private celebrations and corporate occasions.
